Join SKY Club at Georgia Tech to start 2025 with our flagship retreat, Feb 21-23! Take a well-deserved break to learn powerful, evidence-based breathwork techniques and experience deep meditation that you can continue practicing at home. Open to everyone – don’t miss this chance to recharge and transform!
The course is fully funded for the first 10 Georgia Tech students/alumni who register with a valid .edu email, thanks to support from the International Association for Human Values and the Mental Health Joint Allocation Committee. A refundable commitment fee ($50) is required and will be returned in full upon attending all the sessions. Spaces are limited, and once funding runs out, the fee will be non-refundable. If you’re interested, be sure to register early!

Feb 21st (Fri) – 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Feb 22nd (Sat) and 23rd (Sun) – 10 am to 1.30 pm

SKY Happiness Retreat is a comprehensive wellness program taught over three days that trains participants in the evidence-based SKY meditation practice, breathwork, yoga, social connection, and mindful leadership. SKY has been shown to significantly benefit six well-being outcomes – depression, stress, mental health, mindfulness, positive affect, and social connectedness compared to state-of-the-art well-being interventions*.
SKY Breath Meditation is a powerful tool to de-stress, energize the mind and body, helps one manage emotions effortlessly, and be more productive and happier in every aspect of life. In addition to take-home breathwork and meditation technique, participants discover how to connect with others and find a deeper purpose through engaging in interpersonal exercises and service initiatives to increase self-esteem, social connection, positive relationships, practical soft skills, the mindset of responsibility, and skills for effective leadership.
