In a group where we learn the simple Tapping (Peaceful Heart Network style), Jo Hainsworth reported the following.  Shared with permission.

“I just wanted to say thank you again to @⁨~Ulf Sandström⁩ and @⁨~Gunilla Hamne⁩ for these simplified methods that are so accessible. I’ve been introducing the simplified tapping and Havening to neurodiverse Mamas of neurodiverse kids who are being home schooled, and it’s so inspiring to hear how they are integrating the tapping and Havening into their days. The lack of need for words or going into specific issues means they are able shift their state throughout the day rather than be paralysed with not knowing what to say, or feeling it’s too much to sit down and “do a session” on an issue. It’s also made it possible for me to support so many more people with growing their self-regulation than I could doing one-on-one sessions with them all; which would have been inaccessible to them anyway given the financial strains their situations result in and them only being able to have sessions where practitioners are in a position to work pro bono. It’s been a real eye opener for me what a difference a few minutes of tapping or Havening can make in an ongoing stressful situation. Big, big thank you for all you are bringing into the world. 🙏”

(I asked if this can be shared outside of the group.)

“Absolutely. The key feedback I’m getting is how ‘ridiculously easy’ it is to integrate it into their (often pretty chaotic) daily lives, how it’s a fabulous way to model to their kids becoming aware that they are dysregulated and doing something to re-regulate, and how their kids are starting to use the simple Havening and tapping themselves for regulation. :0)”
